There are no clear answers to this one, since each miniature is custom-made. But generally speaking, the creation of a figuirine takes anywhere  between x-to-x days.  The Shipping duration depends on the mode of delivery you choose during check out. It can be anywhere from 3 to 7 days based on where you want the order delivered.

It takes around 24 hours to generate a tracking ID of the shipped order, after which it can be tracked. Look out for the tracking ID in your email.

 Our team ensures that each miniature sent to you is carefully packed with high quality packing material which reduces the chance of any damage. Still, if you receive  a broken miniature – report it to us right away (within 48 hours of delivery) with attached pictures, and we’ll help you out!

Yes! Please email your changes to us within 24 hours of placing your  order. Changes can’t be made post 24 hours as the process of moulding the clay has begun.

You can choose the skin color, hair style and eye colour of your cake topper in order to make them look exactly like the person that you are trying to replicate. Apart from that, you can also mention a list of accessories that you want us to add. Any other add-ons such as expressions or positions should also be specified when you place your order.

The length of a Cake Topper is  about 6-7 inches long.

You should receive your first-look at the miniature via an email within 2-3 days. If you need any changes or revisions made based on the first-look, our artisans will keep at it till you are satisfied. This process of step-by-step approvals can be a bit time consuming, so please reply to our emails as soon as you receive them so that we can move forward quicker! However, once you give us the go-ahead, we move to the next step – so, no backsies. Don’t hesitate to make sure you are truly satisfied before giving us the nod of approval.

The weight of a cake topper depends on the kind of miniature you ask for. The overall weight is also affected by the additional accessories that you add in your final piece. 

But generally speaking, the net weight of a single cake topper is about 500g (approx. 17.5 oz.), the packaged weight of a Single cake topper is about 700g (approx. 24.5 oz.).

Our sculptors will create your figurine with a very high degree of resemblance. An exact replication of the person’s features is not always possible, because photos sometimes fail to capture the true nature of someone’s face.
